Admission for each School-Time Matinee is $8 per person. One complimentary chaperone seat is provided for each group of twenty or more.
She’ll take all requests for busing subsidy for the School-Time Matinees. Visit funding for opportunities for field trip support, including useful rationales for an educational field trip in the arts.
When calling to place your order, please be prepared with the following information:
- Contact person’s name and email address;
- Name, address, phone number, and fax number of the school;
- Approximate number of students and adults attending;
- Grade level of students attending;
- Number of buses to be used;
- Special needs of students (wheelchairs, ASL interpreter, audio description, etc.).
Payment must be received two weeks prior to the School-Time Matinee date.
Teaching materials will be available one month before each School-Time Matinee. School contacts will be notified via email when materials are ready.

The Honey and Bill Jaffe Endowment for Audience Development and the Center for the Performing Arts provide funding for the busing subsidy and School-time Matinee marketing materials.
