Center for the Performing Arts and Student Bar Association sponsor Bleed Blue blood drive Oct. 12 at Eisenhower

A Bleed Blue blood drive, sponsored by the Center for the Performing Arts and the Student Bar Association, will take place 10 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12, in the Eisenhower Auditorium Conference Room.

To schedule an appointment, visit donate and click on the blood drive tab, or go to Red Cross blood and use the sponsor code PSUBleedBlue.

“We are happy to be able to assist the American Red Cross in its efforts by participating as a host location,” said Laura Sullivan, marketing and communications director at the Center for the Performing Arts. “The idea was generated by our Community Advisory Council’s community relations committee members, who seek out opportunities for the center to serve the University Park campus and the State College community.”

Each donor may enter to win a Penn State football package for the Nov. 21 game versus Michigan at Beaver Stadium. All presenting donors are eligible, and all items are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

The game package includes two Mt. Nittany Club Seat tickets, two pre-game hospitality passes, a sideline visit during the game, radio recognition during the pre-game broadcast and stadium video board recognition. Winners must be 16 or older and have a valid photo ID for a field visit.

For more information, visit American Red Cross, phone 800-733-2727 or download the Blood Donor App.
