The Center for the Performing Arts invites community members to consider the lives of others—and their own origins—with an on-stage production of “Cartography.”

British vocal ensemble VOCES8 will return to Penn State with “After Silence,” a program of choral works inspired by Aldous Huxley’s thoughts on the essential force of music.

The Center for the Performing Arts opens its doors and minds with the presentation of En Garde Arts’ “Fandango for Butterflies (and Coyotes),” an immersive collection of stories that crosses borders. The live in-person event will start at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept.

Tickets for En Garde Arts’ “Fandango for Butterflies (and Coyotes)” will be available to University Park students to purchase for the discounted price of $10 each from noon–4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 30. 

Penn State College of Arts and Architecture Dean B. Stephen Carpenter II will return to a creative-to-creative conversation with artist-historian Michael Mwenso in the ninth episode of the virtual series “Meeting the Moment.”
